Recommended age by doctors are 35 and above for men. For women 45 and above, It must be checked for lipid disorder. If your LDL is 190 and more is considered to be higher. HDL Cholesterol considered to be good Cholesterol. The higher the rate of HDL, Lower the risk. It is helpful to protect our heart.
