The ulcer is painful sores that can be found in the stomach lining. Ulcer can become a chronic problem, or can lead a number of serious problems including internal bleeding. We have natural ways to heal this problem which are listed below:
Banana: Banana is more effective and easy home treatment of ulcer. Banana contain water-soluble polysaccharides properties. It provides the protective layer to help prevent the ulcer. You can eat unripe banana, because it increases the cell growth in the gastrointestinal tract. • Eat 2 to 3 ripe or unripe bananas a day, if you don’t want to eat bananas, you can make a banana milkshake. • You can also take banana powder with honey. Peel bananas and cut them in the thin slices. Put the slices in the sunlight or you can use an oven until they become dry. When it is dry, grind them into a fine powder. Take 2 tablespoons of banana powder and mix it with 1 tablespoon of honey. Eat this three times a day.
Garlic: We all know garlic not good in taste. But garlic is a natural herb recommended for ulcer patients because it prevents the Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori) infection in the stomach. Garlic has antibacterial properties. Eat 2 to 3 garlic cloves a day during your daily meal or you can eat it with 1 tablespoon of honey for better taste.
Cabbage: Cabbage juice gives the strength to the stomach lining during the healing process. Cabbage is a lactic acid, vegetable or food which is cured the peptic ulcer. Cabbage contains a good amount of vitamin C and U. The dosage of raw cabbage juice is 50 ml daily before bedtime.

One tablespoon of local honey a day before breakfast or you can take it with whole wheat bread.
