Pumpkin seeds are loaded with zinc. One-quarter cup of pumpkin seeds contain half of the daily recommended need of magnesium. It is very easy to make and very convenient to keep with you whenever you go. They can be used as quickly and anytime snacks at home.
Ingredient: 1 ½ cups raw whole Pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degree F (150 degrees c).
2. In a bowl, add the seeds, melted butter, and salt. Toss all the things in a bowl.
3. Spread the seeds in a single layer on oiled baking sheet.
4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Stir irregularly.
