Fried chicken is the most popular and preferable dish of every person in the world. Fried chicken contains many nutrients like vitamin B6, calcium, protein, phosphorus, which helps to reduce the risk of heart related problems. We generally love to order this in restaurants, but we can also make it at home with some simple ingredients.
The Ingredients to be used: 6 Chicken drumsticks/ breast 100 ml curd 1 beaten egg 50 grams all purpose flour 50 grams bread crumbs 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp white pepper powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp basil leaves powder 1 tsp oregano leaves powder 1 tsp green chili, chopped 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp ginger powder Salt to taste Oil for frying
Directions to apply:
1. Wash the chicken properly and drain water.
2. Take curd, beaten egg, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and salt and mix it well. Marinate it for 3 to 4 hours.
3. Mix all purpose flour, white pepper, onion powder, green chili, oregano, ginger powder, garlic powder, basil leaves, remaining chili powder and salt.
4. Cover marinates chicken with the mixture of spices that we made in the third step.
5. Heat oil in deep fry pan and fry the chicken at medium heat until it cooked and looks golden brown from its surface.
6. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
