1. Depression It is a common factor for menopause. It is estimated that about 15% in menopause experience depression in women in all ages. Weight gain can be due to insulin resistance and stress. When the body is unable to produce estrogen hormone than it is looking for another which can be taken from fat. The body starts developing fetus from every calorie. Hormones play an important role and will affect the weight.
3. PMS Women facing fluctuation in menstrual cycle apart from premenopause and menopause by any means. This type of experience of women each and every month means Premenstrual Symptoms (PMS). 5. Memory Loss Forgetting things is often seen in the women with hormonal imbalance. Occasionally, loss of memory doesn't matter.
